- Peel the carrot and wash properly roughly cut carrot and tomato.
- Add 2 cup water in a cooker add carrot tomato onion garlic bay leave Salt gram masala and clove
- After 4 to 5 whistle off the flame leave it for cool as room temperature.
- Proper Grind the mixture and strain in soup-strainer bay leave & clove put out before grind.
- Boil it for 7 to 8 mins on low flame if required add more water black pepper powder and fresh coriander leaves add into it.
- Garnish it paneer or deep fry bread or cream serve it hot.
