- Add chicken in it and refrigerate for quick cooking in susti time π
- Take them out at the time of frying and instantly wrap them chilled
- Wrap each piece in maida, baking powder, salt and red chilli flakes coating. (3tbsp maida, 1tsp baking powder, half tsp salt, half tsp red chilli flakes for wraping)
- Deep fry them on slow flame
