Instructions to make Fried Chicken:
  1. Take chicken pieces, marinate with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, grated Jaggery, tamarind paste, red food color
  2. Lemon juice, green chili paste, corn flour, egg and tandoori masala powder
  3. Mix well and give charcoal smoke twice
  4. Keep it for about 2 hours.
  5. Heat oil and deep fry the chicken.
  6. Serve with mint chutney
