  1. Take 1 cup of milk set aside. Add 2 cups of jaggery powder to a mixing bowl and add oil to it and whisk.
  2. Add sieved wheat flour, baking powder and soda, milk and curd and whisk again.
  3. Add dry fruits n mix well. Wash strawberries and cut them into half. Grease the tin and dust with flour.
  4. Transfer the cake batter to the tin and arrange dry fruits on top.. then arrange all strawberries.
  5. Preheat oven and set to 180 degrees and bake for 40 to 45 min. Once baked transfer to the cooling tray and dust fine sugar on top.
