  2. First wash, then pad the meat, mushrooms and shrimp gently, butterfly the shrimp, (run knives through where the black veins is, remove this but keep shrimp together by tail), thoroughly dry. Now roll in flour from all sides, dip into egg from both sides, let the egg drip off a little then roll in the breadcrumbs from both sides. Repeat again from flour, egg then breadcrumbs once more, set aside for 15 minutes in fridge.
  3. Fry the meat in a hot for about 15 minutes ensuring both sides are golden brown, remove from fat and put into an ovenproof dish. Gently fry the mushrooms and shrimps until just brown, remove from fat put into an ovenproof dish. Preheat oven to 180- 200°
  4. Put first the meat into oven for 10 to 15 minutes depending on thickness of chop then add the shrimp and mushrooms, bake all for about 15 minutes until cooked thoroughly through. I serve this with a salad, balsamic dressing and homemade potato fries. Drizzle some lemon juice over the shrimp as well as the chop.

The coating is lightly browned before putting in the pan. While the pork chops are baking, combine the soup, milk, white wine, and thyme in a medium bowl. Transfer the chops to the baking dish.
