Add in 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic. - Stir and mix well. Put in chopped tomatoes and stir well. Add salt to taste and some pepper and chilli flakes. - Add in the vegetables and stir nicely. - Add dhania powder and ground parsley flakes. Add sufficient water, cover and cook. When all veggies are soft, add a teaspoon of butter.
