  1. First in a bowl take 2 tbsp custard powder and add water mix well and keep aside. Now Take a pan and boil the milk now add sugar and mix well till sugar dissolved.
  2. Now add custard mixer in to milk and stir well and boil for 3-4 minutes turns creamy texture. Let down cool completely.
  3. Now add 4 Tbsp malai and mix well then pour mixture in the ice cream tin. And freezer for 3-4 hours too half set.
  4. Now Churn the ice cream in the mixture. and pour the mixture into the tin and cover it with the aluminum foil. And freezer for overnight or 8 hours.
  5. So ice cream is completely set take out from freezer and serve in the bowl and garnish with chocolates chips and chocolate syrup.
