- अंडे शिलकर हल्का चिरा लगाकर बिच का निकालकर काट लें।
- प्याज को २चम्मच तेल में फ्राई करें।
- प्याज, टमाटर, कड़ी पत्ता, लहसुन, डालकर मिक्सर में पीस लें।
- कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करके उसमें उपर बनाई हुई पेस्ट डालकर मध्यम आंच पर रख दें।
- जब तेल छोड़ने लगे तो नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पावडर, धनिया पाउडर, काली मिर्च पाउडर,जिरा पावडर, अड़े, अंडे का पीला भाग भी डालकर घुमाते जाएंगे।
- फिर उसमें १कप पानी डालकर धीमी आंच पर ५ मिनट के लिए रख दें।तयार सब्जी हरी धनिया डालकर सर्व करें।
