To begin with this recipe, we must prepare a few components. You can cook diy strawberry fruit yoghurt using 5 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make DIY Strawberry Fruit Yoghurt:
  1. Get 11/2 litres milk
  2. Take 1 tablespoon ready made yoghurt at room temperature
  3. Take 2 teaspoons Strawberry essence
  4. Make ready 1 cup Mango and papaya chunks, about
  5. Get Sweetener: sugar, honey to your taste

My strawberry frozen yogurt recipe contains just four essentials: Frozen fruit, yogurt, honey and a squeeze of lemon. Creamy and refreshing homemade strawberry yogurt pops are a great way to keep cool during the hot summer days! Add all ingredients to a blender.. Add yogurt and honey, and continue to blend until incorporated.

Steps to make DIY Strawberry Fruit Yoghurt:
  1. Heat the milk until it is almost boiling. You see that point where it is almost rising? There. Remove from heat.
  2. Remove all traces of cream from the mik.
  3. Add in the tablespoon of ready made yoghurt. Mix well.
  4. Keep mixture in a warm place. Places I'd recommend: Outside, covered in the hot sun, in a vacuum flask, in a warm oven, near a lighted jiko… The possibilities are endless. You will keep it there for 6-8 hours. Leave it undisturbed during that time.
  5. Now when you check it after the 8 hours you will find that there id yogurt covered with water on the top. This water may be used to make more yoghurt(in the place of ready made yoghurt) OR you could just mix it back in with the yoghurt.
  6. Now for the flavouring: The world is your oyster! I used strawberry essence and swetened my yoghurt. Then added my fruit chunks inside to make it a Diy strawberry mango papaya yoghurt. I threw on some coconut flakes on the top for extra flavour as well.
  7. P/s: If you have actual access to the natural form of the flavour you want: say, strawberry, the yoghurt would taste waay better if you used those instead of an essence. How I would go about this is to blend my diy yoghurt with the fruit. Just look out for fruit that is watery and go easy on it, as you wouldn't like to have a watered-down yoghurt.

Run popsicle molds under warm water until the pops loosen, and then remove. Place strawberries in a glass or serving dish and cut using kitchen shears until mushy. You can also use a food processor if making multiples (don't over process into complete mush) or mash berries with a muddler.; Add maple syrup and mix well.
