  1. Toast the Besan on the Tawa till nice aroma appears.Set aside
  2. Take the chicken legs wash and pat dry and make slits over it
  3. In a big bowl add the chicken legs and all the dry masala except Besan and butter
  4. Let it marinate for atleast 2 to 3 hrs
  5. Remove from the refrigerator and the toasted Besan and mix well
  6. Place the chicken on a baking tray and place it in a preheated oven at 250 The c
  7. After 15 mins remove the chicken and apply the butter. this is called basting
  8. Again place the chicken in a preheated oven this time at 150 The Celsius for another 15 min
  9. Flip and again bake for another 15 min on the other side
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chat masala and serve garnished with onion rings
