  8. Simmer 10-15 minutes or until heated through. But not dry.
  9. Place garlic toast on a serving plate.
  10. Spoon spaghetti mix over.
  11. Sprinkle with shredded motzarella. Or crumbles of fresh motz.
  12. Garnish with a sprinkle of italian seasoning.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy!
  14. This dish can also be served cold. Skip cooking process.. toss all together.. refridgerate a few hours. And proceed as normal.
  15. You don't have to place spaghetti over the bread if u don't want to. We were just keeping tradition as close as possible to actual bruschetta.
  16. Great served as a side alongside garlic or italian seasoned chicken or sausage or pork!
  17. Makes about 12 servings as a meal.
