Instructions to make Mini quiches:
- Preheat oven 160°c
- Add eggs and milk into mixing bowl and mix well
- Finely chop all vegetables and preferred meat and add to egg mix
- Add herbs, lemon juice and cheese and mix well.
- Spray muffin tray and pour egg mix into muffin tray evenly
- Turn oven up to 200°c
- Put muffin tray into oven for 30-40 minutes, making sure to keep checking as minutes go by
- When cooked all the way through take out of muffin tray and let rest for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
I sprayed the bottom of the muffin tins with a little Pam and them placed the bread inside. I added an extra egg to the mixture, some chopped Canadian bacon. This mini quiche recipe is a go to favorite quiche recipe for breakfast, brunch, a light dinner, showers, and parties! Make ahead for easy entertaining or breakfast!
