  2. Prepare half spoon Ginger paste
  3. Prepare half spoon Garlic paste

Instructions to make Grilled Chicken:
  1. Mix ginger garlic paste, chicken masala,salt and kept it for 8 hours. First one hour kept it outside then in refrigerator. Remove it one hour before cooking.
  2. Add red chili masala, turmeric powder.
  3. Take a grill pan. Add small amount of oil and butter into it. Place the marinated chicken. Cook it in low flame for 15 minutes by covering.
  4. Turn it. Cook the opposite portion by covering a lid for 15 minutes. Now grilled chicken is ready to serve.
