  3. When you have about 3.5 hours left add the potatoes and carrots.
  4. Take everything out, slice the meat and serve. Salt and pepper as needed. ENJOY

Tried this Corned beef recipe with a couple of minor adjustments. Meet was still sliceable but very tender. Guests said best they ever ate! Bring to a simmer, stirring until salt and sugar are dissolved.
