- Prepare 1/2 cup ketchup
- Prepare 1/2 cup Dale's Steak Marinade (low sodium)
- Make ready 3 dashes smoke flavoring
- Take 3 dashes Scirarchi Sauce
- Take 1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion
- Get Chopped Bell Pepper (I use just a few thin slices chopped up)
Instructions to make Venison Meatloaf:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix all ingredients by hand until well mixed. Place in ungreased bread pan if you have a good non stick pan. Otherwise coat inside of pan with Crisco.
- Pour steak sauce over top and spread around to cover entire top of meat.
- Bake in over for 1 hour. Enjoy.
