This is a take on my very favorite Slow Cooker Corn and Potato Chowder but it goes the extra mile by adding sausage. Now, I sautéed my sausage up the day before when I already had a pan out on the stove, but I often also use my multi-cooker when I'm making recipes like this, because then I can just do everything right there in one-pot all at once. Using a slotted spoon, remove bacon from pot and place on paper towels; set aside. Keep the bacon grease in the stockpot. I also used Eckrich Smoked Sausage, which I sautéed along with some onion to get the pieces nice and browned.
