The ingredients needed to make Strawberry cake:
- Take 1 n 1/2 cups of flour
- Get 1/2 cup magarine
- Make ready 1/2 cup sugar
- Make ready 1/2 cup strawberry yoghurt (I used hollandia strawberry yoghurt)
- Take 2 eggs
- Take 1 teaspoon strawberry flavour or less
- Take 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Get Pink or red food colour
Instructions to make Strawberry cake:
- Preheat oven and prepare your baking pan.
- Cream magarine and sugar till light and fluffy, add in eggs, flavour and mix well.
- Sift flour and baking powder, then add to the creamed mixture. Fold gently till well mixed.
- Add your strawberry yoghurt and colour then mix gently until it is well blended. Note: little drop of red colour can also give u pink,that's what I used.
- Add batter to pan and bake, until well done.
