  23. Get 8 se 10, sabaz mirch

  1. Sab se pehly dahi ko itna beat karain ke guthli khatam ho jae.
  2. Ab is mein besan shamil karain aur ache se mix kar lain.
  3. Phir is mein 1jug pani aur haldi shamil karain aur ache se mix kar lain.aur AK side pe rakh lain.
  4. Ab payaz, tamatar aur lahsun mein pani daal kar ache se galne taq paka lain.
  5. Ab is ko ache se mash kar lain aur namak, laal mirch, haldi, adrak aur sabaz mirch shamil kar lain aur ache se bhon lain.
  6. Ab tayar besan aur dahi ka tayar kiya howa better shamil karain aur garha hone taq paka lain. (is darmeyan jab taq ubal na ae chamach chalati rahain.)
  7. Ab pakore ke liye besan mein payaz shamil kar lain aur ache se mix kar lain.
  8. Phir is mein alo shamil kar ke mix karain.
  9. Phir is mein sabaz mirch, namak, laal mirch, haldi, zeera, dara mirch, kali mirch aur ajwain shamil kar lain aur pani shamil kar ke paste bana lain.
  10. Paste ko 30 minutes rest de kar pakore bana lain.
  11. Ab pakore aur sabaz dhanya karhi mein shamil kar lain.
  12. Ab zeera ko oil mein bhon kar karhi ko tarka laga lain.
  13. Mazedaar karhi PAKORA tayar hai.
