Steps to make Mango flower cake:
  1. First of all take a large bowl and take sieve add all-purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt in it and sieve it.
  2. Now add sugar mix it
  3. Then add oil,vanilla extract and 1egg than mango puree part by part means first add half in quantity then beat it with beater.
  4. Then add another egg and remaining mango puree and yellow food colour if you want and beat it untill make a smooth batter.
  5. Now take 8 inches cake mould grease it with oil and place the baking paper on it.
  6. Pour the mixture in greased baking mould.
  7. Take heavy botton pan place a wire stand then place baking mould in it. Bake it for 20-25 minutes on low to medium flame.
  8. Now prepare the frosting.take chilled bowl and chilled whipping cream beat it when soft peaks starts add 1 tbsp mango puree and 1 tbsp icing sugar on it.1 tbsp each time.
  9. Add 4tbsp mango puree and 4tbsp icing sugar in whipping cream untill cream whip well.you can add yellow food colour also..
  10. Now add some sugar syrup on cake and apply whipped cream all over the cake.
  11. Fill Remaining whipped cream in piping bag with star nozzel.and make flowers.
  12. Take a flower cookie cutter and cut the mangoes in flower shape.
  13. And decorate on centre of the cake.
