Steps to make Kadhi pakora:
- Take yogurt in a pot and add water, 2 cups gram flour and turmeric and grind it.
- Heat the oil and add chopped onions. When onions become light brown add garlic paste, tomatoes and green chilli. After that add spices(salt, turmeric powder, hot spices,) and roast it
- Now add yogurt mixture in rosted masala. And cook for 25 to 30 minutes and keep stirring.
- Pakoras: In a pot take gram flour 2 cups, chopped onion, spinach, potatoes, green chilli and green coriander. Add salt, hot spices, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder in it. Now add water as required in it and make paste for pakoras.
- Now in a separate pot add cooking oil and put pakoras paste in it and deep fry till golden brown. Then add pakoras in kadhi mixture.
- Tarka: For tarka take oil in a pan and add whole red chilli and whole white cumin. Roast for 3 4 minutes. Spread this tarka on kadhi pakoras
