- Take a pressure cooker add cabbage little salt and water and cook for 1 whistle.
- Once cool down remove the lid and drain the cabbage.(To remove excess water)
- Take curd whisk well add the above ingredients into tempering and mix well.
- Now add boiled cabbage into the mixture.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Serve with rice or rotis.
