- Mix it well. Pour water as required to make a dough.
- Take a medium sized ball from the dough sprinkle flour on it & roll it like a chapati.
- Heat tawa place paratha on it. When paratha gets bubbles over it flip & spread some ghee on it. Flip it again & apply some ghee on the other side of the paratha. Roast until it becomes little crispy. Your healthy carrot parathas are ready to be served.
