  1. In a bowl take wheat flour & all other ingredients except ghee & water.
  2. Mix it well. Pour water as required to make a dough.
  3. Take a medium sized ball from the dough sprinkle flour on it & roll it like a chapati.
  4. Heat tawa place paratha on it. When paratha gets bubbles over it flip & spread some ghee on it. Flip it again & apply some ghee on the other side of the paratha. Roast until it becomes little crispy. Your healthy carrot parathas are ready to be served.
