- Take 1 p - gobhi washed & cut into small pieces

- Take 2 p - green chilli chopped
- Prepare 1/2 cup - chopped onion
- Take 1/2 cup - chopped capcicum
- Take 5-6 garlic cloves
- Take Oil for frying

- First take a bowl & put it Gobhi pieces
- Add cornflour & mix well
- Gobhi should be coated with the cornflour
- Then heat oil for frying gobhi
- Fry gobhis till golden brown
- Remove it from the gas
- Take a pan & heat it
- And add 1 tablespoon oil
- Add chopped garlic
- Then add chopped onion & green chilli
- Soute for 5 minutes
- Add chopped capcicum
- Fry it for 5 minutes
- If cornflour is leftover after frying gobhis so use this cornflour
- Add tomato sauce in leftover cornflour and mix well.Also add water.
- Add this mixture into a pan and mix it.
- Add salt
- Than add fried gobhis & mix well
- Cook it for 2 - 3 minutes
- Off the gas
- Serve it hot.
