- Make thick batter. Keep a side for 10 min. Add baking soda n little water when u want to make pakoras
- Now keep kadhai add oil on medium high flame. Once the oil get hot. Put small small pakoras with ur hand in hot oil.
- Fried till golden. Crispy from outside n soft from inside. Serve with schezwan sauce n Onions.
