- Get 2 tsp oil to add in atta(flour)

- Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder

- Collect all the flours, cabbage, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and oil. Bind the dough. Give rest for 15 minutes.
- Take a heavy bottom pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard. Let it crackle. Add crushed green chillies and 5-6 glass of water. Add turmeric and salt. Wait till it boils.
- Once masala water boiled add small size Muthiya in it. Let it boil Muthiya in the water for 20-25 minutes on medium flame. Once water turns to thick gravy. Gravy should be runny thick. Serve hot. You can serve with rice if you want.
