- Wash and grate cabbage.Add spice and seasoning add cornflour,flour mix it.
- Make small balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes the fry on low heat.
- Keep turing using metal spoon until golden brown and place on kitchen tissue or clean kitchen towel.
- For the sauce in a blender add scotch,onion,red pepper,oil and 1/7 cup water then blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended sauce in a pan and allowthe water to evaporate add little oil and keep stirring for 5 minster.
- Add some soy sauce and seasoning keep stirring add water add the balls and close the pot let it cook for 5 mins.
- Manchurian is ready to serve it.
