Next for preparing stuffing - in a pan heat oil, add carom seeds and stir for few seconds.add ginger chilli paste, saute well then add grated or finely chopped cabbage and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium to high flame.add all spices and mix well and stir until cabbage cooked well. switch off the flame, add fresh chopped coriander, mix well and stuffing is ready.let the stuffing cool.
  3. Now knead the dough again to make it smooth.divide into equal portions.take a part of dough, dust it with little flour and roll it little, place prepared cabbage stuffing in the centre.take the edge and start pleating bringing to the centre. join the pleats together and secure tight pinching off excess dough. - sprinkle some wheat flour and roll slightly thick.
  4. Now heat tawa place the rolled paratha on it keep the flame medium and cook for a minute. flip the paratha when the base is partly cooked, brush with oil / ghee and press slightly. flip again and cook till both the sides are cooked properly.
  5. Delicious cabbage parantha is ready, serve hot with curd, raita or pickle.
