To make the filling, mash boiled potatoes while they're still warm. Instructions to make Bread pakora:
- Boil potatoes and mash them.
- Take a pan and add some oil heat it then add all vegetables and cook them at high flame add chicken in it and add spices and mix them prpperly add some chicken powder. And after it add mashed potatoes and mix it for a while and let them cool.
- Now separate the corners of bread slices. And put ketcup on each side and add chicken and potato mixture on one slice and cover it with another slice to make a sandwich. Now cut it from the middle to make triangle sandwich.
- Now take 2 cup of gram flour (besan) and add spices in it (salt, red pepper, sukhi maithi, green chilli crushed), one egg nad mix it. Put water to make a paste (not so thick nor thin).
- Warm the oil on medium flame. Take one sandwich dip in gram flour batter and fry it in oil at medium flame.
- Serve them with ketcup or your favorite chutney.π
