- For the White sauce.
- Heat butter in a saucepan on medium flame.
- Add maida and stir for 1 minute.
- Add milk and keep stirring till it boils to a thick pouring consistency.
- Add cream, grated cheese, sugar, pepper, oregano and salt
- Mix well and keep aside.
- For The Vegetables–
- In a flat pan heat butter & saute crushed garlic for a minute
- Add all the vegetables, corn and mix well
- Add salt
- Slowly put the white sauce, grated processed cheese and mix well.
- Grease a baking dish
- Transfer the cooked vegetables in the the dish.
- For the topping, firstly sprinkle the breadcrumbs, then spread grated cheese all over followed by cheddar cheese.
- Put the dish in a pre-heated oven at 180°and bake for 15 mins. till the cheese becomes brown.
- Serve hot.
