  10. I use gujiya mould and prepare all gujiya in it
  11. Keep round in mould and add filling in one side then cover with other part close mould and press
  12. Remove extra dough
  13. Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 min.
  14. Grease a tray with ghee place all gujiyas on tray brush them with ghee
  15. Bake them for 20 to 25 min.or till get desired golden colour at 180 degree
  16. Gujiya is ready to serve
