- Prepare 1 cup wheat flour
- Get 1/4 cup ghee
- Get 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- Take 4 whistles of sim gas.
- Heat ghee. Add hing and cumin seeds
- When colour of cumin changes add degi mirch, red chilli powder, garam masala.
- Pour this to cooked dal.
- Squeeze lemon juice.
- Dal is ready.
- For bati- take wheat flour, add salt, ajwain and 1/2 cup ghee.
- Mix well ghee by rubbing with hands.
- Now knead puri like dough.
- Keep dough at rest for 15 minutes.
- Now make small balls from dough.
- Bake these balls in preheated microwave at 180 degree for 15 minutes.
- Transfer these bati in rest of the ghee.
- For churma- take wheat flour, add 2 table spoon.
- Knead tight dough using water.
- Keep rest for 20 minutes.
- Now take ball from it.
- Roll using rolling pin.
- Heat tawa and cook roti from both sides.
- Now cool and grind roti in mixture.
- Take grinded roti and add rest of the ghee.
- Roast till there will be good aroma.
- In last add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder,powder sugar, desiccated coconut.
- Switch off the gas.
- Dal,bati,churma is ready.
