Now, cut the bread slices diagonally or into four triangles. Then, add, besan (gram flour), ajwain (carom seeds), coriander leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped green. - Heat 1 tsp Cooking Oil in a non-stick wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger and finely chopped onions and fry till onion gets translucent. Add mashed potatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder and mix well. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
- Add Gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, carrom seeds and add water slowly and make a batter of pouring consistency. Add grated garlic and chopped coriander leaves and mix with batter.
- Now cut the edges of bread slices. Roll it flat and thin with the help of rolling pin. Apply tomato sauce all over the bread slice.
- Now place a portion of stuffing at one corner of bread slice and roll it gently. Apply a little water at the edge of bread slice and close it properly. Like wise make all the rolls.
- Now heat oil in a wok at medium flame. Dip the bread roll in besan Batter. Apply besan properly and put in wok.
- Deep fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Fry all bread pakora rolls.
- Serve hot with sauce.
