  12. Get 1 tablespoon maida
  13. Take 1 cup milk

  18. Take As per taste Red Chilli flakes

  20. Make ready 1 cup Mozeralla cheese

  1. Boil pasta. Drain and keep it aside.
  2. For vegetables. Take non-stick pan. Add ginger and garlic. Saute and add onions. Saute till it is translucent.
  3. Add vegetables and saute for about 2 mins.
  4. Add tomato puree and tomato ketchup. Add salt and Chilli flakes and mix well. Switch off gas.
  5. For white sauce. Take a pan add butter. Add maida. Mix well till it changes it's colour.
  6. Once it changes colour add milk and stir well so that lumps are not formed.
  7. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, red chilli flakes and mix well.
  8. Now take dish or pan which goes in oven. Brush it with butter. Apply little tomato puree.
  9. Spread vegetables evenly.
  10. Now pour white sauce over it.
  11. Now spread boiled pasta all over it.
  12. Now generously spread cheese over it. Also put olives and black pepper, red Chilli flakes, oregano and thyme.
  13. Put this in preheated oven at 180 degree. It will take at least 15 mins to bake. Check in between. Now ready to serve hot.
