- SAUCE: melt 2 Tbsp of Butter and then add the Curry Powder then mix well. Add the Milk, Shallots, Ginger, Fenugreek and Salt. Bring it to a simmer. Then add the Cheeses and mix well.
- ASSEMBLY: add the Macaroni to the Sauce, mix well and serve.
