- Make ready 1-2 tbsp Fresh coriander (chopped)
Steps to make Boneless Chicken gravy:
- Remove the skin of blanched tomatoes. In a blender, add onion, tomato, garlic cloves, ginger and green chillies and blend to make smooth mixture.
- Heat the oil and cook this mixture well. Add chicken and cook until it changes colour.
- Add all other spices and cook until oil separates. Then add water and let it cook to tenderize the chicken.
- Add tamarind pulp and cook for more 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve it with roti or naan.
