- Cut the veggies in your choice.In a pan add 8 cup of water let boil than add rice, lentils,onion cut in cubes.when the rice is done then add ginger, t turmeric and red chilli powder,green chillies and ofcourse salt.Now switch of the flame.
- In another pan heat oil.add panch phurabe,dry red chillies,bay leaves.when turn red add with khichuri.Now garnish with fried onion,fried veggies
