  2. Then take a pan heat oil add the boiled potatoes, all of the spices and cook well till the potatoes change their colour it will take approx 2 minutes.
  3. Take a small portion of dough roll in a thin sheet spread a mixture on one side and roll only half of it then cut the remaining sheet into strips and roll it completely and form the shape of a donut.
  4. Deep fry on low flame till brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot.
