Set your dried fruit, nuts and sprinkles out on your work surface. - - Place your chocolate in a small bowl set over a pot of simmering water (make sure the bowl does not touch the water). Use a heat-proof rubber spatula to stir the chocolate until it is melted and smooth. Or

- Then cover the chocolate with your chosen sprinkles. - Repeat until you have used all of the chocolate then leave to set for at least 30 minutes in a fridge or cool place.
