  2. Prepare 3-4 medium spring onions (finely chopped)

  5. Make ready 1 medium bell pepper (red,green or yellow) finely chopped
  6. Make ready 1.5 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

  8. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon rice vinegar or white vinegar
  9. Take 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  10. Take 1/2 teaspoon oil for coating the noodles
  11. Make ready 2 tablespoons oil for stir frying
  12. Get Salt and pepper as required
  13. Prepare Enough water to cook the noodles
Steps to make Hakka Noodles:
  1. Heat enough water in a pan with salt and few drops of oil, till it comes to boil. Add the Hakka noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  2. When noodles are cooking rinse and chop all the veggies. Drain and rinse the noodles in running water. Then add oil and gently mix, so that the oil gets evenly coated on the noodles. Keep the noodles aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai or a pan. On medium heat first add the chillies and garlic paste. Saute for a minute, then add spring onions and French beans.
  4. Increase the flame and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add carrots and bell pepper.
  5. Stir fry all the veggies on a high flame till the veggies start getting slightly brown from the edges.
  6. Add soy sauce and stir. Add the Hakka noodles and toss it well and stir fry for a minute on high heat.
  7. Add salt and pepper. Also add rice vinegar or white vinegar. Toss the whole mixture well.
  8. Garnish green spring onions while serving. 🍝
