- Firstly collect all ingredients for making recipe. Now boil maggie at least 70%. Keep aside for cool.
- For noodles basket, mix noodles, maggie masala and cornflour well. Arrange noodles in big strainer. Deep fry it in hot oil till it turn golden brown in colour and become crispy. To make chilli paneer, cut paneer cube and cut green chilli, capsicum, onion in cube sliced.
- In a bowl add paneer, cornflour, black pepper, and a little salt. Mix it very gently. And keep aside for 10 mins. Take another bowl add chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce. Take another bowl add with both flour's and pinch salt. Add water and make a smooth paste without any lumps. Deep paneer cubes in it and fry it golden brown colour.
- In a nonstick pan, heat oil then add chopped ginger garlic, saute it for a sec. Now add sliced onion and capsicum, salt and saute it for 2min. Then add green chilli, mix well. Now add sauce bowl liquid and mix well. Add fried paneer cubes, add vinegar, add flour's paste and mix well.
