  1. First boil water. Add jaggery. Continously stir it till the jaggery becomes thick in consistency.
  2. In the jaggery add sesame seeds, rice flour. Switch of the flame. Stir it continously. There will be no lumps on it. The mixture should be not too thick not too thin. Once it is done. Keep aside. From the mixture take a small ball and roll it like a poori. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai. Once the oil is hot. Deep fry the arisallu one by one. Till it become golden brown in colour. Once it is done.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle few sesame seeds. Ready to serve…… Happy Sankranti
