  7. Get 1/2 tbsp oil
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  9. Prepare as needed Curry leaves for tadka
Instructions to make Dal Rice and Arbi Fry:
  1. Soak the Dal for half an hour
  2. Take a cooker put 4 cups water Add Kerry and green chillies, turmeric powder,salt and add Dal cover the cooker whistle for one time… leave for 10 mins
  3. For tadka…take a pan put half tablespoon oil when oil heat add cumins seed & curry leaves now add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder cook for 5 mins than add dal… garnish with fresh coriander…
