- Soak the Dal for half an hour
- Take a cooker put 4 cups water Add Kerry and green chillies, turmeric powder,salt and add Dal cover the cooker whistle for one time… leave for 10 mins
- For tadka…take a pan put half tablespoon oil when oil heat add cumins seed & curry leaves now add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder cook for 5 mins than add dal… garnish with fresh coriander…
