  1. Take a bowl, add 1 cup gram flour, 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain), 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 pinch baking soda, salt to taste & 
water (accordingly). NOTE: batter shouldn’t be thin/ runny.
  2. Now take another bowl, add all the ingredients for the stuffing mix it well and keep it aside.
  3. Slit the chilli, add the prepared stuffing and add into the prepared batter mixture.
  4. Meanwhile the oil is heated, add the chilli. Fry until crispy and brown. NOTE: Fry at low medium heat.
  5. Serve it immediately with mint chutney and Chai. Enjoy during the rainy days! :)
