- Knead a soft dough from maida, oil and water.
- Make lemon size balls from dough.
- Roll out balls like chapati and cut from middle.
- Put fried noodles on rolled semi-circle chapaties.
- Fold it in triangle shape.
- Close samosa from side and triangle shape samosa are ready to fry.
- Fry all samosa till crisp and golden in colour.
- Yummy noodles samosa are ready.
