  1. Make ready 2 cups All purpose flour/Maida
  2. Take 1 tbsp Ghee or veg oil

  6. Prepare 1/2 cup Chopped vegetables -

  8. Take 1 tsp Soya sauce
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Tomato sauce
Instructions to make Noodles Samosa:
  1. Boil noodles and drain.
  2. Wash twice with cold water and rub oil with hand to avoid sticking.
  3. Heat oil in pan.
  4. Put crushed garlic and saute.
  5. Add chopped onions and chopped vegetables like carrot, Capsicum and cabbage.
  6. Add boiled noodles and fry on high flame for 3 minutes.
  7. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  8. Knead a soft dough from maida, oil and water.
  9. Make lemon size balls from dough.
  10. Roll out balls like chapati and cut from middle.
  11. Put fried noodles on rolled semi-circle chapaties.
  12. Fold it in triangle shape.
  13. Close samosa from side and triangle shape samosa are ready to fry.
  14. Fry all samosa till crisp and golden in colour.
  15. Yummy noodles samosa are ready.
