- Take a bowl add grinding dal,salt,baking powder add water as required mix well.
- Add some dry fruits, rest for batter 30 min.
- Heat a pan with oil for deep frying.
- Add spoonful of the batter in the oil. They become pale looks golden turn them.
- Fry till golden & crisp.after frying add bhalla to the water.soak them 20 min. Take each bhalla and flatten and press between your palms to remove excess water.
- Take freash curd add salt, black pepper, coriander leaves, mix well& add all bhalla in the curd.
- Serve it with papdi, coriander leaves add chutney, chaat masala.
