Steps to make Chinese noodles basket:
- Boil noodles in water as per instruction mentioned on the packet. Strain all water from it. Spread boiled noodles on kitchen towel for 15-20 minutes. Then transfer into a bowl. Add cornflour and toss gently.
- Divide noodles into 3-4 portions. Heat enough oil in kadai. Put a portion of noodles into strainer to make basket shape. Hold the strainer with noodles in kadai with oil. After 2-3 minutes seperate basket from strainer with the help of pair of tongs. Remove strainer from oil and drop basket gently into oil. Deep fry till golden brown from all sides. Prepare all baskets like this.
- For stir fried vegetables, In a pan heat oil. Add crushed garlic cloves and grated ginger. Saute for sometimes. Add chopped onion and saute for sometimes. Add chopped cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Saute for couple of minutes. Don't over cook the vegetables. Keep crunchy. Add boiled american corn kernels and mix well.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well. Cook for couple of minutes. Stir fried vegetables is ready. You can take any vegetable of your choice.
- Take a fried noodle basket. Apply stir fried vegetables on it. Garnish with chopped spring onion leaves. Enjoy.
