- Take 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Take 4 tsp all-purpose flour
- Take 3 tsp water
- Make ready As required White Oil to fry
Steps to make Veg Noodles kababs:
- In a bowl at first mix boiled and smashed potato, boiled cabbage, onion, tomato, garlic, green chilli. Then add black pepper, salt, chilli flakes, noodles masala and rice flour gradually.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Then add the boiled noodles. Again mix all things properly. Adjust rice flour to make the mixture slightly thick as we will give it shape of kabab.
- Then take another bowl and add all-purpose flour and water. Mix it to make a paste. In a plate spread the breadcrumbs.
- Now grease your hand with little bit of oil. Make small ball from the noodles mixture and give it a shape of kabab.
- Then dip it into flour and water mixture and quickly coat it with breadcrumbs. Now keep all the kababs into a container and cover it. Keep it into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove the kababs from the refrigerator. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the kababs one by one.
- Fry both the sides of the kababs until it turns golden brown in colour. Kababs are ready now. Serve it with hot tea.
