  9. Always check the lid, if water vapor appeared, wipe dry and put back until the cooking process done (I wipe dry every 10 mins)

Line a light-colored baking sheet with a silicone mat. The entire pan was full of a giant cookie haha but delicious nonetheless. Did anybody else have giant cookies?
