Steps to make Aloo gobhi pakora:
- Make a paste of besan and add salt, red chilli powder, carom seeds, kasuri methi, grated garlic, garam masala and beat thoroughly.
- Cut potato in round pieces and cauliflower in leaflets.
- Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry potato and cauliflower pieces till golden brown colour. Take it out from karahi.
- Now dip these pieces into the besan paste and deep fry till golden brown colour.
- Serve hot with sauce and paratha or chapatti.
