  2. Take 500 gms palak
  3. Prepare 1 tsp garlic paste

  1. First chopped the palak roughly and wash it properly. Next wash the dal or lentil clean.
  2. Now take a cooker add dal, not palak and all above mention spices except red chilli and cumin.add 1cup water and fit the lid cook for 10 mins at medium flame.
  3. Then release pressure and mash the Dal and palak a little bit in another pan add oil to heat then add cumin and red chilli and cook for some seconds then keep for cool for a second.then put this mixture or chonk to the Dal,and cover the lid.ready to serve
  4. Serve hot with roti or rice.
